Role Responsibilities
- Training: Engage in training with new and existing clients on how to extract maximum value from our AI’s capabilities.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the capabilities of our leading AI software for lawyers.
- Lead Management: Manage the CRM system effectively, handling both inbound and outbound communications to nurture our clients and drive their success.
- Customer Onboarding and Support: Assist new customers in getting set up with our platform, ensuring they have all the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. Actively follow up to secure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Advocate for Change: Working diligently with customers to help them understand the value of training and why they should invest time in training sessions as they transform their legal workflows.
- Team Collaboration: Work directly under the CEO and coordinate with support staff and tech teams to align strategies and enhance service delivery.
- AI Prompting & Adoption Guidance: Educate users on prompt engineering principles tailored to legal use cases, helping professionals understand how to communicate effectively with the AI to get accurate, context-aware results.
- Legal-Tech Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to legal professionals, identifying gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in current processes while recommending AI-powered solutions that align with their business goals.
- Product Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between clients and internal product teams by capturing feedback, identifying patterns, and recommending feature improvements based on real-world legal needs and user behaviour.
- Content & Resource Development: Assist in creating user-centric educational content (e.g. knowledge base articles, tutorials, training materials) that empower clients to become confident and independent AI users.

This role is ideal for a tech-savvy lawyer with 3–8 years of experience who is ready to step away from traditional legal practice and take on a dynamic, client-facing role with a strong sales focus.

Key Responsibilities
• Inbound & Outbound Sales:
Proactively manage inbound enquiries and conduct outbound outreach to generate and close new business opportunities with law firms and legal teams.
• Product Demonstrations:
Conduct engaging, tailored product demos that highlight the practical benefits and real-world applications of our AI software for legal professionals.
• Lead Management:
Effectively manage and maintain leads through our CRM system. Track interactions, follow up diligently, and progress leads through the sales funnel.
• Customer Onboarding & Support:
Support new clients with platform setup and ensure they have the essentials needed to get started. Provide responsive and friendly support to help clients quickly see value.
• Legal-Tech Advisory:
Act as a trusted guide to legal professionals, identifying pain points in their current workflows and recommending how our AI tools can address those gaps.
• Product Feedback Loop:
Capture and relay user feedback to the internal product and development teams. Provide insights to help shape future product features and improvements.
• Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the CEO and coordinate with the wider team, including support and technical staff, to ensure seamless client experiences.
Candidate Qualifications and Skills

Working Conditions
This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. Occasional travel may be required for strategic team or client events.
