This guide provides detailed instructions for using the document review function to find Inconsistencies within a document by using the AI Legal Assistant application.
- Click “Review”
2. Click “Inconsistencies”
Click what you would like to review; you can choose from Ambiguities, Complex Language, Conflicting Terms, Find Placeholders, Missing Clauses, Non-Standard Clauses, Points to Negotiate, and Undefined Terms.
In this case, we will select ‘Inconsistencies’.
3. Click “Analyse”
4. Your AI assistant will identify and return a list of all inconsistencies.
5. Here you can see it picked up on the fact that the definition of the Completion Date as ‘the date of this document’ is vague and could lead to disputes if not clearly aligned with the specific arrangements for Completion activities.
6. Simply click the tile and it will take you to the position in the document where the Inconsistency is found.
7. Click “Copy text”
If you wish to copy the results, just click the “Copy” button, then paste it into a notepad, email or anywhere else.
8. Click “Make task”
You can also create a task from the results by clicking this button.
9. Click “Tasks”
To check, just go to “Tasks”.
10. Click “Inconsistencies task”
Then, select the tasks related to “Inconsistencies”
11. Click “Complete task”
After completing, you can easily mark it as completed.
12. You also have the option to delete the task, edit it, mark it as a priority, or you can choose to delegate it to someone else on your team.
13. And if you’d like to leave a rating, you can do so by clicking this button.
14. Rate by assigning stars, add a comment, then submit.

15. Click “Add Comment”
Comments will be added to the document by clicking this button.
16. It will be added to the document where you can interact with them.
17. Allowing you to manage them by editing, deleting, replying, or marking them as resolved.
18. Click “Add Comments”
You can also add comments to all results by clicking the “Add comments” button.
19. Click “Add tasks”
To add tasks to all, simply click the “Add tasks”.
20. Click “Copy all tiles”
To copy all tiles, simply click the “Copy all tiles” button.
21. Click “Close tile”
Click “Close tile” button to close an individual tile.
22. And “Close all tiles” at once by this button.
