This guide will walk you through a series of actions in the AI Legal Assistant application to address missing clauses in documents. From opening specific files to completing tasks and submitting comments, these steps will streamline the process of clause analysis and completion.
- Open the File
To get started, open the document you want to analyse.
2. Click “Review”
3. Click “Select”
4. Click “Missing Clauses”
Click what you would like to review; in this case, we will select “Missing Clauses”
5. Click “Analyse”
6. Here you can see it picked up on the fact that the clause should specify the process and terms for adding additional services.
7. Your AI assistant will come back with all of the clauses that are not in the document which it believes should be.
8. Click “Write It”
If you would like to write it, Click the “write it” button.
9. The intelligent AI assistant will draft the whole clause for you relevant to the specific document you are working on and based on Australian law.
10. Click “Properties pane”
To format the text, simply click on the “Properties pane” button.
11. Customise your document.
Now, customise your document according to your preferences, including font, font size, alignment, and more.
12. Click “Close”
And if you’d like to close the tile, just click “Close”.
13. In this example, it picked up the fact that the Late Payment Interest clause is missing.
14. Click “Insert”
If you would prefer to use one of your own templates, simply click the “Insert” button.
15. Insert your own template
Choose your template from your library, and it will insert your saved clause in the document at the place you wish.
16. Click “Make task”
You can also create a task from the results by clicking this button.
17. Click “Tasks”
To review your tasks, simply navigate to “Tasks”.
18. Click “Missing Clauses task”
Then, select the tasks related to missing clauses.
19. Click “Complete task”
Once you’ve finished the task, you can easily mark it as completed.
20. You also have the option to delete the task, edit it, or mark it as a priority.
21. And if you’d like to leave a rating, you can do so by clicking this button.
