Click what you would like to review; you can choose from Complex Language, Conflicting Terms, Find Placeholders, Inconsistencies, Missing Clauses, Points to Negotiate, and Undefined Terms. In this case, we will select ‘Ambiguities’.
3. Click “Analyse”
4. Here it appears that the definition of “control” within the definition of “Affiliate” is ambiguous.
5. In this example, it picked up the fact that the term “generally accepted accounting principles” is ambiguous as it does not specify which jurisdiction principles apply.
6. Simply click the tile and it will take you to the position in the document where the Ambiguity is found. In this case, it picked up the fact that the scope of the business activities listed is broad and unspecific, which could lead to disputes.
7. Click “Copy text”
To copy the result, simply click the “Copy text”.
8. Click “Make task”
You can also create a task from the results by clicking this button.
9. Click “Tasks”
To check, just go to “Tasks”.
10. Click “Ambiguities task”
Then, select the tasks related to “Ambiguities”
11. Click “Complete task”
After completing, you can easily mark it as completed.
12. You also have the option to delete the task, edit it, mark it as a priority, or you can choose to delegate it to someone else on your team.
